Auto-responder Emails in Shared Hosting
If you would like to create an auto-responder message for a email address created in a shared hosting package from us, it won't take you more than a few clicks to do this. You can see a list of all email addresses that you have inside the Emails section of the Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with all of the website hosting accounts. For each of them, you'll see a little auto-responder icon and all you will need to do is to click it, enter the text that you would like to use and save the changes - it's as simple as that. Setting up an auto-responder for various emails and updating or removing an existing auto-responder is just as easy and can be carried out any time. There'll be a special image for any mailbox with an active auto-responder from the Emails section, so you will be able to keep track effortlessly and adjust the status of the feature any time if needed.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you choose to host your domains in a semi-dedicated server account with us, you can add in an auto-responder for any email you make from the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All of the email addresses which you have will be listed in alphabetical order in this section and for each of them you will see a tiny "Auto-responder" button. To activate the option, click the button for a selected email address, enter the message which you want people to get as a reply to their email messages, then save the changes. It is possible to modify or delete this text at any moment following the same steps. If you wish to add an auto-responder to a range of email addresses, you can select them and add a message to all of them at the same time - an option, which is found in Hepsia and which can save you time and effort.
