Backup Space

Maintaining a full backup of everything on your server can take you too much time. You’ll need to find a 3rd–party location where to save everything; you have to set up an automatic backup solution; you’ll need to regularly examine all sorts of things. We have a rather simple alternative. Our Optional Admin Services package gives you 50 GB of disk space on a backup server. On top of that, we will help you set up the backup procedure. And since the servers are part of one and the same network, everything runs extremely fast.

Installation & Troubleshooting

It can be extremely discouraging if you would like to install a web app or a service on your dedicated server, but you keep bumping into predicaments. This is when our Optional Admin Services package can help save your day – it offers installation and problem–solving procedures. This means that one of our very experienced senior sysadmins will be working 30 minutes exclusively on the problems that you have specified. You can request him to install an application or a service, or to handle a problem that you keep noticing. Or to update your server OS.
